Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Standard Life plc will take place at 11am on Monday 19 May 2008 at the Edinburgh International Conference Centre.

What will happen at the meeting?
The Chairman will ask our shareholders to vote on a number of resolutions, including the 2007 final dividend payment.
