Life at work

Standard Life has seen some major changes over the past few years. This has had an important effect on our people and engaging them is essential to the future success of our business. We continue work to harness and develop everyone’s unique blend of talents. Our changing business has meant looking at things that are fundamental to our relationship with our people, including our staff pension scheme in the UK. Another key focus in 2007 was our annual staff opinion survey – Q12.
