For all our vacancies you will be asked to complete an online application form that will be screened by recruiting managers in the business.
The recruiting process thereafter is slightly different for each of our schemes.

Accounts Scheme Process

• Online Application form
• Invite to 1st round interview and aptitude test
• Invite to 2nd interview at Standard Life, including short interview with senior accounts manager

IS Trainees Process

• Online Application form
• Aptitude Test
• Invite to Assessment Centre which includes:
  • Line Manager Interview
  • Group Exercise
  • This assessment centre lasts half a day and we also invite candidates to an informal meal the night before
    

Actuarial Trainee and Actuarial Internship Process

• Online Application form
• Invite to Assessment Centre which includes:
  • Line Manager Interview
  • Case Study
  • Group Exercise
  • Aptitude Test
  • This assessment centre lasts a full day and we also invite candidates to an informal meal the night before

Global Leadership Programme and Internship Process

• Online Application Form and uploading of CV:

  The first stage of the application process is screening by a recruiting manager.
