Treating customers fairly (TCF)
Our objective is to generate sustainable, high-quality returns for our shareholders, and build valuable customer relationships by helping customers grow and protect their assets. Our approach with customers is compatible with the TCF principles and associated FSA guidance. We do this by incorporating the FSA's guidance as minimum standards of our Group TCF policy. In addition, we aim to ensure systems and controls are in place to deliver and monitor these customer outcomes at a business unit and Group level.
