Outlook

We aim to improve our performance in the coming year. We aim to utilise our expertise in managing assets, our industry-leading customer service, our strong distribution relationships and ongoing initiatives to drive efficiency and provide innovative solutions. In addition to our existing distribution channels, we will search for new routes to markets. We will continue to develop a global outlook and mindset. Growth prospects in our overseas businesses are encouraging and we will explore further synergies across the Group. We will continue to develop and challenge our people so that we can deliver further operational excellence and build on the valuable, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
